HR Manager REQUIRED!
I am delighted to be working with a large Manufacturer based in Antrim to recruit their new HR Manager on a full-time basis..
You will report into the Director of the business and provide a professional HR management service across the company, this will include
· Supporting and advising line managers within the business
· Recruitment & selection
· HR records
· Policy & procedures
· Disciplinaries and grievances.
What we are looking for…
· Qualified in HR / CIPD with experience in a comparable role
· Experience with HR policy development and review.
· Knowledge of current employment Payroll, tax and pensions legislation
