HR Manager

Hybrid - Flexible from once a week to as much as you would like to use the London based office.

The HR Manager will be responsible for running and managing the day-to-day HR operations. The role holder will be reporting directly to the HR Director.

Responsibilities

Managing end to end HR operations
Revising, writing and issuing all HR documents including contracts and letters
Providing legally compliant advice to staff and line managers on HR policies, procedures and contracts
Payroll and records - managing internal files, records and processes, liaising with outsourced provider, identifying adjustments
Work closely with the HR Director to implement the HR/people processes across the business
Managing and taking ownership of the HR system

Requirements

CIPD qualified or any other relevant HR qualification
Experience working in a similar capacity
Knowledge of HR software is mandatory and a key requirement
Experience supporting US entity is advantageous
Previous experience of working in start-ups / SME’s environment
Good command in MS office
