HR Manager
Hybrid - Flexible from once a week to as much as you would like to use the London based office.
The HR Manager will be responsible for running and managing the day-to-day HR operations. The role holder will be reporting directly to the HR Director.
Responsibilities
- Managing end to end HR operations
- Revising, writing and issuing all HR documents including contracts and letters
- Providing legally compliant advice to staff and line managers on HR policies, procedures and contracts
- Payroll and records - managing internal files, records and processes, liaising with outsourced provider, identifying adjustments
- Work closely with the HR Director to implement the HR/people processes across the business
- Managing and taking ownership of the HR system
Requirements
- CIPD qualified or any other relevant HR qualification
- Experience working in a similar capacity
- Knowledge of HR software is mandatory and a key requirement
- Experience supporting US entity is advantageous
- Previous experience of working in start-ups / SME’s environment
- Good command in MS office
