Job description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist/Manager who will report directly to the Managing Director. The company is family run business and has been working within the Renewable Energy sector since 2006. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing high quality support and guidance to business’ personnel at all levels to achieve business objectives and proactively resolve HR issues and instrumental in developing a training academy.
Responsibilities
- Provide generalist HR support including being able to lead, liaise with and be the first point of contact for the Operational Board members.
- Be able to review, improve and ensure compliance of the companies HR policies and practices.
- Provide advice and work with the line managers with the Employee Relations matters in accordance with current legislation and policy, including training on these policies
- Resourcing activities such as recruitment and selection strategies, candidate interviews and training platforms
- Overseeing, managing and administering employees’ rewards, compensation and benefits
- Developing proposals of and ensuring consistent annual salary reviews in a timely matter
- Co-ordinate and manage projects and events that support the business objectives i.e. training academy.
An ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 5 or above and have solid experience performing day to day HR duties with an emphasis on developing a training academy. You must have a strong attitude to work in and adapt in a fast-paced environment and remain extremely organised.
