We have an excellent reputation for great service and are now expanding our operations seeking an enthusiastic technically minded individual to join us as a HR Generalist
Reporting into the HR Manager, the business is currently in a growth period therefore there is the need for an extra pair of hands in the HR team. It is an exciting time to join the organisation!
We are looking for someone with a strong HR Administrative background, looking for their next step into an Advisory poisiton.
The role is full office based due to the nature of the industry.
The role will support on a wide range of generalist duties including low level ER cases, policy and procedure implementation, supporting with the full employee cycle: From Recruitment and Onboarding to Offboarding, ad-hoc projects and will be responsible for the day to day administrative tasks.
The role is essentially the number 2 to the HR Manager therefore it gives excellent exposure to all areas of HR within a SME.

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
