We are currently seeking an exceptional person to join the team as Human Resources Coordinator at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre. Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of key aspects of the Human Resources function including Recruitment & Selection, Issuing Contracts or employment, Right to Work Checks, Payroll, Training & Development tracking and coordination, Employee File management, Employee System Database Management, and delivering Employee Engagement and wellbeing activities.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Whilst Full training will given some experience in a Human Resources role would be an advantage.
You will have a warm people orientated demeanour, a gift for paying attention to the smallest details and a positive outlook and outgoing personality. Your passion for people and ability to support the HR Manager in delivering an exceptional workplace culture and employee experience will make you perfect for this role.

This role offers a starting annual salary of £26,000 - £27,000 per annum and a Welcome Bonus of £500.
