Duties and tasks related to the HR Coordinator/Administrator role

  • Be creative and flexible to bring ideas and your passion for Hospitality and Human Resources into your workplace
  • Assist and support in tasks from Recruitment and Employee Relations to Recognition & Social Events, as well as handle internal communications
  • Manage and utilize all HR systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Taleo, Fourth, Hyatt Learning and any other system required)
  • Be able to connect with others, getting to know our colleagues and being their point of reference for HR queries
  • Bring a sense of fun and optimism to your role, helping to maintain the positive atmosphere that exists across our teams
