Life Fitness is seeking a commercial and strategic Human Resources Business Partner, based at our new modern office in Ely Cambridgeshire.
This exciting and varied stand-alone role involves oversight of the HR function for the UK team comprising 100+ employees. We are seeking someone who is hands-on and can really apply themselves to problem-solving and strategic thinking, whilst using commercial acumen to present a balanced view to the UK Senior Leadership team.
No two days are the same and you need to be comfortable managing pay reviews, succession planning and rewards one day, and mental health initiatives and employee engagement challenges the next.
