Job description
Specialist Hospital board is seeking an experienced, pro-active HR Business Partner who can deliver strategic workforce support to two clinical divisions, with a combined workforce of over 1000 employees.
This role will form a key member of the divisional leadership teams, each led by a Divisional Manager and Divisional Clinical Director.
Confident working at a senior level with a range of clinical and non-clinical colleagues, you will quickly build trust and develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders in the clinical board and corporately with the wider workforce directorate.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and proven experience as a HR Business Partner.
Your experience will include delivery on staff experience and engagement, complex organisational change, complex HR casework, workforce planning and strategy.
This post will line manage an Associate HR Business Partner.
