Human Resources Business Partner
We are searching for an outstanding Human Resources Business Partner for our specialist Care Centre in Banstead, Surrey. At the Fairlie Healthcare Group, we provide care for people with complex neurological and respiratory conditions, either through illness or as a result of acquired brain trauma.
The role
Reporting into the Human Resources Director, this role will provide generalist Human Resources services to employees and managers at the centre and lead on specific projects across the group. Our Human Resources team, which includes Recruitment and Learning and Development, provides services to c.450 employees - and we are growing! You will be working with staff at all levels of the business, you be hands-on and also have strategic input, and you will be able to see the direct impact of your work on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the Fairlie Healthcare employee lifecycle is managed according to best practice at all levels and throughout, including induction/on-boarding, engagement, appraisals/performance, compensation/Benefits
- Ensuring the organisation is compliant with sponsorship and other CQC and statutory obligations at all times
- Managing employee relations issues in collaboration with the HR Director and senior management team
- Reporting on and analysing people data
- Managing and coaching an HR Officer
- Working closely with the Recruitment and Learning & Development team to maintain a seamless, supportive, one-team HR service for employees and managers
- Leading on specific projects - e.g. overseas workers recruitment campaign, HRIS implementation, policy reviews, salary benchmarking
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates who are CIPD-qualified at Level 5 as a minimum and who have at least 3 years' experience post-qualification. You need to have led on employee relations issues, managed appraisal processes and be confident with Word and Excel. We will consider supporting a Level 7 CIPD qualification on completion of probation.
You must be confident and able to work autonomously. We need someone who has great communications skills, including an impeccable level of written English. Strong interpersonal, high energy, teamwork and organisation skills are essential - as are honesty and integrity.
