KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The post holder will be able to work across a diverse range of Human Resources Administrative duties, ensuring high quality and robust processes and procedures are maintained following implementation. They will provide first line support for HR queries for managers, employees and candidates. They will manage and coordinate the employee lifecycle and contribute to improvements where required. They will support the HR & Wellbeing Manager on wellbeing initiatives.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-ordinate and manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes; including placing adverts, monitoring applications, obtaining references, arranging interviews and undertaking pre-employment checks as well as contributing to the new starter experience for new colleagues.
Liaison and negotiations with Agencies where required.
Ensure new starter documents, including all contracts and offer letters, are issued in accordance with the policies and practices in place.
Generate letters and relevant paperwork relating to HR administration which are accurate and in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
Support the HR & Wellbeing Manager with the set up and administration of health & wellbeing initiatives.
Contribute to regular data reporting in relation to absence, recruitment, employee relation casework and exit data and support the HR & Wellbeing Manager in providing reports.
Provide full administrative support to the HR & Wellbeing Manger in relation to Employee Relation cases, including preparing packs, arranging meetings and rooms and minute taking.
Organise and monitor the Exit Interview Process and ensure that all leaver processes are completed.
