A world-class interiors and architectural studio with a fantastic reputation for delivering luA world-class interiors and architectural studio with a fantastic reputation for delivering luxury hospitality and residential projects require a hands-on HR Manager to maintain and enhance the human resources of the studio, by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, HR policies, programs, and practices.
As HR Manager you will provide day-to-day advice and guidance to all staff, and will also manage the recruitment within the company. Working closely with the CEO and Directors, you will support all departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
Ideally you have a valid CIPD Level 3 and previous UK-based HR experience, strong recruitment advising within a design or creative environment is highly desirable.
Must have excellent Microsoft Office proficiency.
