Job Summary:
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting the HR Director in all aspects of the human resources function including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and payroll. The HR Assistant will also assist with other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Entering right-to-work data into our systems, verifying tax codes, issuing P- 45/60’swhen necessary, and letters of reference
- Assisting with the training of new staff
- Monitoring holidays, probationary periods and sickness triggers,providingmeaningful data and reports.
- Supporting the recruitment process for internal roles by conducting screening ofjobapplicants and arranging interviews.
- Assisting with the staff wellness program as per policy
- Preparing new employee contracts, conducting pre-employment screeningchecks.
- Assisting with the on boarding and off boarding processes
- Assisting with the administrative aspects of annual assessments for staff payandbonus increases
- Assisting with preparation of weekly staff rotas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £32,000.00 per year
