Position Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator reports to the Director of Human Resources. This highly visible role demands extensive customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, and willingness to handle the management and administrative details of sourcing, reviewing, documenting, and interviewing candidates for our rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will use their experience in coaching leaders and assisting employees in performance management and employee relations issues to further our growth. The ideal candidate enjoys thriving in a team-based, challenging, and fast paced atmosphere where prioritizing and multitasking are the norm. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are a must to succeed in this role.
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, or equivalent work experience. Professional certification is a plus.
3 – 5 years of professional experience in an office environment or secondary school responsible for talent acquisition and management, performance management, management coaching and HR administration for a company or business unit.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite specifically in: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and basic understanding of updating intranet content. Experience with ADP WorkforceNow a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and capable of handling many different tasks in an efficient manner.
Flexibility in adapting to the growing and changing needs of the organization.
High energy, positive, professional attitude, pride in work product.
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Previous recruiting experience, familiar with online recruiting tools and job boards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Promote and support the Organizational and HR strategies in a fast paced, rapidly growing organization.
Assist with investigations and documentation in accordance with company policies and best practices.
Help support performance management programs and procedures, including but not limited to performance appraisals and performance improvement plans.
Advise, counsel, and update managers, supervisors, and employees on company policies, practices, procedures, benefits, and wages
Lead and participate in HR projects as needed, including cross-functional and business initiatives
Lead retention efforts
Provides high level of customer service within assigned departments.
Participate in New Hire Orientation process as needed.
Ensures that I-9 documentation and procedures are accurately followed.
Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new employee background check paperwork as needed
Maintains and updates employee records following security and privacy procedures at all times, including processing of employee changes and paperwork.
Maintains employee data with accuracy.
Manages uploads of HRIS, performance management software, organization chart, and other databases.
Project management coordination.
Systems Administration.
Responsible for interpretation and enforcement of HR and Company policies and procedures, employee handbook, and documentation.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Other duties as assigned.

Salary: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
