Peel Hunt are seeking a Human Resources Apprentice who will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
The HR department covers a broad range of activities and is responsible for the following;
· Creating, implementing and managing HR and staff policies and procedures.
· The full employee life cycle including sourcing, hiring, induction, performance management, development, retention and the separation of staff.
· Providing the tools for staff to enhance their skills through training and development to add greater value to themselves and increase the impact made to the business.
· Aligning total rewards with business requirements and coordinating and administering compensation, bonus, and employee benefits.
The successful candidate must have gained 5 GCSE passes including Maths and English, and be willing to work towards their level 3 Apprenticeship in HR to obtain their Associate CIPD qualification.

· Strong verbal and numerical skills
· Proactive, self-motivated with a task-orientated approach
· Demonstrable experience in multi-tasking and prioritising heavy and varied workloads.
· Confident with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel & Word
· Ability to work well within a team
More Information about the Role;
· Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
· Work pattern: Monday to Friday (Including 1 day release each week for apprenticeship study)
· Role type: Fixed Term Apprenticeship 12 - 18 months
