UHI Shetland, is a newly created Academic Partner in the University following the merger of Shetland College, Train Shetland and the NAFC Marine Centre. We are seeking to appoint an HR lead to develop and manage the Human Resource and Organisational Development function of the College, providing business focused advice, guidance and support to the Board, College management team, line managers and staff.
