Come and join our team. We are looking for two talented people to join the HR Teams supporting the Medicine and Surgery Divisions. In the first instance we will offer you the opportunity to join us for a year and will discuss with you whether the role will become permanent.
We are looking for people with a positive, proactive, inclusive, flexible, 'can-do' attitude; ideally you will have a good knowledge of employment law and strong experience of resolving people management queries and issues. We will expect you to be a positive role model for our values - 'Everyone matters', 'Working together', 'Making a difference' - and to promote best practice in people management. You should be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this qualification; this diverse role will allow you to further develop your people management skills in a supportive yet challenging environment.
