St Wilfrid’s Hospice provides end of life support to the population of Eastbourne and the surrounding parts of East Sussex, from our stunning hospice building and through our highly skilled community teams. Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to welcome a new HR Advisor into the team!
As HR Advisor you will provide operational HR advice and guidance through the employee life cycle, with a primary focus on employee relations, management, engagement, recruitment related activity and performance improvement and data analysis to inform opportunities for more efficient ways of working.
You will build and develop effective relationships with managers, providing coaching when required, and will also manage, maintain, and update the HR policies and procedures.
