Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: £26k–31k+Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
LineManager: Head of Operations & Business Development
The purpose of the HR Advisor is to manage the day-to-day Human Resources tasks and provide front line operational support to all stakeholders within the Foundation
Objectives
- Provide support and guidance to Senior Leads and Line Managers on all elements of HR and support key stakeholders with key HR initiatives and strategies.
- Maintain, update and deliver all HR policies, procedures and documentation throughout the Foundation
- Assist in the day-to-day operations to ensure the organisation is able to operate to the required professional standards.
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
The HR Advisor role will spend the majority of their working time within our offices based in the heart of Carrow Road, the home of Norwich City Football Club.
Working within the Operations Department, the successful applicant will be surrounded by excellent support networks as well as outstanding facilities.
In addition, you will also spend time at The Nest, the charity’s 22-acre community hub located on the outskirts of the city.
