About WMC/Our Department:
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our exciting and well-recognised organisation. Wales Millennium Centre is a home for the arts in Wales, and a cauldron of creativity for the nation working with artists, young people and communities and we would love to make you a part of our team.

About the Role and Responsibilities:
We, as an organisation, are looking for an individual that has a passion for learning, a dedication to doing the little things really well, who can work well on their own as well as part of the team. You may be a graduate with an interest in HR, an experienced administrator looking to transition into the HR field, or you may well be already doing a similar role but are ready to make a move to somewhere with new experiences.

Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:-
· Managing all aspects of HR Administration, including, our HR inbox, maintain our HRIS, ensuring staff records are up to date and issuing appropriate correspondence.
· Key role in recruitment process in advertising and tracking recruitment, maximising the use of our new system to find the right talent for WMC, undertaking all of the necessary compliance administration such as Right to Work etc.
· Preparing payroll on a monthly basis with oversight from the HR Adviser ensuring high levels of accuracy.
· The development of our internal HR hub, continuously looking to improve processes and supporting documentation.
· This role will initially be site based until successful completion of your probation period, after which there will be ability to work on a hybrid basis.

Key Requirements:
· A commitment to developing yourself within the field of Human Resources
· Strong administrative experience
· Demonstrable ability to pick up and develop new software and systems including Microsoft office packages
· The ability to prioritise own workload, with the ability to also work under pressure.
· Great problem-solving ability, identifying issues and following through to resolution
· An ability to read and write in the Welsh language would be an advantage
