The role
Stripe OLT is a fast-paced, fast growing IT Services provider and Cyber Security specialist with an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our busy People and Workplace team.

- Highly organised with great attention to detail.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous HR administration experience is desirable, CIPD L3 qualified an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Office 365 products (including Teams and SharePoint).
Role objectives
- Assist line managers with recruitment.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Carry out pre-employment screening
- Carry out administrative tasks relating to all core HR processes including recruitment, induction, probation, maternity / paternity leave, and leaver processes.
- Maintain the company HR system, updating holiday and absence records and answering employee queries
- Accurate maintenance of electronic HR files and handling confidential information in line with our data protection policies
- Assist with organising staff socials and events
- Carry out some office duties on behalf of the Bristol-based Office Administrator and provide holiday cover, and vice versa

- Salary: £22-24k pa DoE

This role is available for an immediate start and can be part time or full time for the right candidate. This is a permanent role with a 6-month probationary period.
