This role includes a range of activities including but not limited to:
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters including inductions and pre-employment checks
- Processing HR paperwork and maintaining electronic records
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Foundation team, including finding and booking venues for external meetings
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Organize office operations and procedures including ordering and purchasing stationery
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Manage the office stores, sending and receiving items, ensuring an inventory and asset register is maintained at all times
- Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems, with a continued drive for improvement.
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
- Benefits Administration (life assurance renewal, income protection, cycle to work, income protection)
Minimum Criteria:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- A desire to work in a fast-paced HR department
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of applicable, laws and legislation
- Comprehensive understanding of tax and payroll law
