Responsible to: HR Manager
Job Purpose: To provide HR administrative support to the HR Manager.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- To assist the HR Manager in providing a professional and confidential HR service to the organisation
- Supporting the recruitment function including preparing Job Descriptions, posting advertisements to various job boards, booking candidates in for interview, arranging interview packs and sending follow up correspondence
- Assisting the on-boarding process preparing documents for new employees and collating induction and probation review sign offs
- Updating, maintaining and regularly auditing staff files electronically and on the organisations HRIS system (SAGE HR) ensuring accuracy and maximising the systems capability
- Providing administrative HR support, e.g. drafting offer letters, agreed terms and conditions of employment, generating and compiling reports on holidays and sickness absence and any other HR related matters
- Undertaking all Disclosure & Barring Service checks for new and existing staff
- Assist with Learning and Development activity within the organisation
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Be flexible to the changing needs of the organisation.
- Abide by the organisations staff working policies and procedures.
- Promote the aims, purposes, mission and services delivered by the organisation.
- In addition to the duties set out in this job description the post holder may at times be required to undertake additional or other duties to meet the needs of the organisation.

SCHEDULE:Full Time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours Per Week
