About us:
HR Administrator – Jersey based within our 5 Star Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa located in St Helier and our 4 Red Star Hotel – L’Horizon Beach Hotel and Spa located in St Brelade’s Bay.
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team in Jersey, you will be based at The Grand Hotel in Jersey and L’Horizon Hotel in Jersey and support the Human Resources Managers based at these hotels. This role comes with forward career progression within our HR team.
We can offer this role on either a 40 hour per week contract or part time hours - this is a Monday to Friday role.
As the HR Administrator you will support our Hotel teams with the completion of all new starter offers and paperwork, checking right to work documentation and completing all other relevant on boarding administration such as setting up IT accounts and employee access to relevant online training systems. The HR Administrators will also input data on to our HR System, Fourth Hospitality, ensuring accuracy at all times, and will complete various other people related administration tasks and reports as required including absence checks for payroll purposes.

About you:
- You have current experience in a very similar HR role handling high levels of Human Resources Administration with some working knowledge of HR policies and legislation giving guidance to Managers.
- You have strong technical skills with a good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook and previous experience of working with an HRIS is desirable.
- You are highly organised and able to multi-task and maintain your attention to detail in a busy and fast paced environment.
- You have excellent communication skills, find it easy to build rapport with others and will understand the importance of treating everyone as an individual.
