Junior HR Administrator
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Junior HR Administrator Responsibilities:
- making the firm the best place to work
- the day to day administration of HR documents, processes and generation of reports
- organising and booking training courses and coordinating with external training providers
- recruitment tasks such as posting job adverts, updating and maintaining information within the recruitment system; short-listing CVs, arranging interviews and communicating offers
- other exciting HR projects
- at least 12 months’ general administration experience in a legal or professional services firm, with some relevant HR experience
- a strong interest in developing and progressing within HR
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of accuracy and good IT skills
- the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills
