Job description
As a Resourcing Administrator, you'll support the Talent Acquisition team in the day-to-day coordination of key recruitment activities, providing a proactive service led delivery to enhance our candidate experience.
Role Overview:
The main responsibilities of the Resourcing Administrator are:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team including managing the recruitment journey for all applicants through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Liaise with managers and candidates regarding job offerings, start dates and attendance to their induction session
- Processing new employee onboarding, including offer letters, contracts, job descriptions and personal information.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support resourcing activity including screening, shortlisting of applications, arranging interviews and work trials and onboarding.
- Attend industry events, Open Days and Assessment Centres to support Business Partners, managers and candidates
- Support Welcome Day inductions to ensure the smooth running of the day and assist new employees with onboarding
- Manage the process of allocating uniforms to new employees, ensuring that replacement and dry cleaning is undertaken as needed, and ensure the effective stock management and purchase orders are created to align spend with budget
- Administration tasks including background checks using 3rd party system, processing of reference requests, promotions, transfers, and secondments via ATS and maintain HR system databases, including Fourth HR Payroll system and Recruit Genie ATS
- Manage Visa and right to work process to ensure alignment with employment law.
- Handling queries from employees and managers via the HR Support email inbox, allocating tasks, responding to basic enquiries and ensuring accurate records are saved as needed
About you:
You’ll ideally have an administrative background and be highly organised. The role is varied, so we require a flexible approach towards your responsibilities and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Previous experience in an administrative role would be beneficial
- Knowledge of an Application Tracking System (ATS) would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential
- Hands on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately
- Full cycle recruitment experience with an understanding of the legal aspects of recruitment would be desirable but not essential
