Due to Eurostampa UK’s continued growth, we are expanding our HR team to include an internal recruitment function to help support our ambitious growth plans.
As an internal recruiter you will manage all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process from building job adverts, attracting candidates using a wide range of channels, reviewing CV’s and liaising with internal managers and supervisors to identify the right candidates.
Working closely with the HR team and managers you will also focus on the employee journey including onboarding, induction, and training & development plans.
Applicants should be experienced in:-
- Delivering an end to end recruitment service
- Recruitment marketing and campaigns
- Using social and digital platforms for recruitment
- Understanding up-to-date Right to Work checks and pre-employment screening
- Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of internal candidate tracking systems
We are looking for a strong communicator with a successful track record in recruitment.
The candidate should also be keen to develop in other areas of HR as it is anticipated that the role will grow into a generalist HR role.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
- Managing current and future vacancies
- Assisting with resource planning with HR Manager and Business Partner
- Working in partnership with the wider HR and commercial team to create eye-catching job adverts in line with company values
- Proactively utilise social media platforms for candidate searches
- Screen and short-listing CV’s and applications and liaise with department managers to select candidates for interview
- Engage with local authorities and education departments to attract new talent
- Arrange candidate interviews and follow up internally and externally following interviews
- Ensure engagement with candidates is consistent and completed in a timely manner
- Achieve KPI’s set in relation to recruitment timelines, advertising costs and staff turnover
- Assist HR department to implement change and improve employee engagement
- Complete full employee journey including offer of employment, pre-employment checks, right to work checks and onboarding process
- Ensure employee inductions are completed accurately and efficiently
- Assisting and managing HR projects
