The Role
The Key Account Manager, Quality - is responsible for the global management and oversight of all Quality related activities pertaining to nominated customer accounts.
As part of this role the post holder will be required to establish direct Quality to Quality relationships with key nominated customers, ensuring that their needs and expectations are appropriately managed and that these relationships are further developed and maintained.
To do so, they will facilitate routine teleconferences with their Quality contacts, attend review meetings, customer site visits and participate in audits as applicable. They will also be expected to provide Quality guidance during the review, design, risk assessment and optimisation of new or existing business processes relating to nominated customers. In doing so they must promote continuous improvement whilst ensuring there is adherence to cGMP, Almac SOPs and Policies.
They will also be required to support the review and approval of Quality documents, perform trending globally, and monitor relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Requirements
- Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience of managing a global customer account
- Managing multiple customers at one time
- Experience of presenting via MS Teams and in person at Customer Review Meetings to Senior Management level
Further Information
After initial probation period this role will be based on a full flex working pattern. This means you can work between the hours of 6am – 10pm with a minimum requirement of 5 hours per day (in line with Customer requirements).
You will also be eligible to apply for hybrid working in this role after successfully passing probation.
