Senior Operator Grade 2 (Laxido Operations)
Hours: 39.5 hours per week

The role
Working as part of the Laxido operations team based in our Craigavon campus, you will be responsible for controlling the process operation (staff and/or equipment) within the designated production room while assuring that the quality of the product produced complies with GMP. The ability to work various shift patterns, will be essential.

Essential Criteria
- 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above (including English Language and Maths)
- Experience in a production environment involving production teams, machinery, and quality control of product.
- Experience of working within teams, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
- NQF level 3 Qualification (i.e. – A Level, NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience in set up, operation and clean down of process equipment an advantage
- Experience of leading teams (supervisory experience)
Additional Information
- Shift Pattern - Contental fixed day shift (07:00 - 19:00) or fixed night shift (1900 - 0700)
