Your role

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you have an analytical mind? Do you know how to juggle multiple projects while effectively prioritizing? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide business-related services as part of the Group Functions HRBP Business Management team for a maternity cover (expected to be 12 months).

You will be responsible for:

  • Key support for Senior HR Business Partners through in-depth planning, implementation and delivery of activities across the HR life-cycle and project management of the HR strategic priorities, both regionally and globally
  • Year-end and Talent Review planning activities in partnership with aligned partner colleagues as well as local delivery in coordination with HRBPs
  • Developing relationships with Business Managers within the Business to execute key deliverables such as Year-end, Reward, Reduction in Force, Employee Survey and Talent related topics
  • Support change management within the HR team and the Business through organizational restructure
  • Support HRBPs and the Business to fully leverage the HR Service Delivery model
  • Coordination of standard and ad hoc projects as directed by the HRBP Business Management lead

Your team

As a member of the HRBP Business Management team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships across the HRBP team globally and with our aligned partners, e.g. Attracting and hiring, Performance and Reward, People Analytics and Advisory and Services. The role encompasses both regional and global responsibilities; it is expected that the successful candidate will work in close partnership with their counterparts across other regions, helping to drive consistency and sharing best practices as well as having the opportunity to take the lead on global projects. This is an exciting and varied role encompassing the full spectrum of HR activities, working closely with HRBPs and aligned partners to translate business strategy into HR priorities, ensuring HR solutions are developed and delivered to meet business requirements. The successful candidate will need to be flexible in their approach, willing to challenge and be proficient at managing competing priorities.

Your expertise

  • Generalist HR knowledge and skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
  • Proven Microsoft Office experience; able to prepare professional standard presentations on PowerPoint and perform data manipulation in Excel
  • Experience of working within virtual teams across the globe
  • driven and resourceful and able to prioritize tasks at a fast pace
  • able to manage a wide range of stakeholders and objectives with conflicting priorities
  • an excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
