Job description

We are looking for an HR/ Tech Recruiter to support our Human Resources function. You will act as the first point of contact for some HR-related queries from potential team members , existing team members and external partners.

The role is responsible for supporting the various Administrative and Human Resources functions in the organisation including maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) , updating internal databases, Interviewing candidates for paid and volunteer roles and much more.

The ideal candidate will also be able to act on his/her own initiative and bring a wealth of experience to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all team tasks.

You will -

  • Handle HR , recruitment and administrative activities for team members
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities based on organisational templates
  • Work closely with internal and external clients to understand their hiring needs and build up a pipeline of future opportunities.
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop a strong network of tech talents and win new business.
  • Carry out strategic and targeted recruitment campaigns in order to find the best tech talents in the market.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Perform other Administrative, HR & Professional services tasks as needed by the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task..
  • Experience, Skills & Personal Competencies.
  • Adaptability.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social media)

This role starts as a 100% remote role.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2 per week

Salary: From £15.00 per hour
