  • HR Systems Analyst

    Location – Homebased (with some travel to client sites required)

    Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 17:00pm, Open to Part-Time Hours

    As HR Systems Analyst you will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that our HR systems continues to meet our business requirements and contribute to our digitalisation aims. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the functionality of the Apleona Access Group application suite and fixing or reporting issues to HR Project Manager, completing all relevant actions to ensure system integrity and security.

    In addition, you will complete data input and amendments such as creating new organisational structures, posts, employee records and other new datasets as required. Liaising with the UK and Ireland HR Teams to support them with their system requirements. You will also support and manage when required super user network meetings, helping to develop relevant skills and knowledge across the membership and encouraging member engagement and attendance.

    Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

    • Experience in support and configuration of HR applications (ideally SelectHR)
    • ITIL for IT Service Management Qualification (desirable)
    • Analysis of business IT requirements and providing objective advice on software application solutions
    • Experience of end to end test and upgrade processes
    • Experience in a shared service function or for a business with multiple sites and TUPE
    • Analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to organise and work to deadlines
    • Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
