Are you a HR (ITrent) Systems Coordinator for a new opportunity? I am working with Kingston Council
Rate – £18.54+ per hour
Your Role
The shared HR and Payroll service between Kingston and Sutton Councils provides HR and Payroll services to both Councils, and commercially traded services to a number of external customers including other London Borough Councils, schools and charities.
During 2022 our main HR/Payroll solution (iTrent) was re-procured with a number of new modules purchased. This has created the foundation for the service to now fully develop and maximise the use iTrent and other technology to drive efficiency improvements, customer satisfaction, and provide the platform for a step change in data analysis and workforce information provision.
· As part of a helpdesk environment take ownership of enquiries (via all communication mediums) to deliver excellent customer service, liaising with customers and managers as necessary, seeking responses from HR colleagues and others where required, to ensure any advice/response reflects policy, procedures, and legislative requirements and are in line with service KPIs.
· Troubleshoot system issues and identify workarounds or resolutions and escalate to management or software suppliers as appropriate.
· Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing of software upgrades, understanding changes and communicating their impact to stakeholders and customers.
· Assist in the review of HR business processes and offer advice on how software or other technology can bring improvements, such as efficiency or customer experience.
· Maintain HR systems ensuring the operation of integrity controls, requirements of system users and audit are met, overall compliance with legislation, regulations and the council’s governance framework.
