Job description
The HR Systems Administrator will provide administrative support to both the E Rostering and HR Systems Manager and E-roster and ESR System Leads to ensure the delivery of a customer focused efficient and effective HR systems. They will be expected to provide support and advice to users, both managers and the workforce, on the usage and functionality of all HR systems.
An administrator is required to develop experience in the use of our ESR and E Rostering system, the successful candidate will have the ability to seek out and resolve issues effectively, as well as providing crucial administrative support to the HR Systems team.
They will contribute to the collection and monitoring of accurate and meaningful workforce information, producing regular reports and analysing data to proactively support the identification of system, data and administrative risk, issues and areas for improvement.
