The University of Wolverhampton’s HR Team is seeking to recruit a part-time HR Support Team Administrator, handling HR related queries from across the university by phone, email and our dedicated service desk.
This is a part time vacancy, this position will require you to work Wednesday's half a day, all day Thursday and Friday
The University of Wolverhampton’s HR Team is seeking to recruit a part-time HR Support Team Administrator, handling HR related queries from across the university by phone, email and our dedicated service desk. You will be responsible for key stages in the recruitment process, including use of the on-line E-recruiter system; input of accurate information onto the HR/Payroll system for new staff and for monthly contract changes; production of contracts of employment from template letters and the processing of Visiting Lecturer and casual appointments.
You will possess excellent administrative and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships across the University and deliver excellent customer service. Effective keyboard skills including the ability to enter data accurately into the HR/Payroll system and the ability to prioritise your work to meet regular deadlines are also required, together with knowledge of terms and conditions of employment, employment contracts and recruitment.
Please note the part-time hours for this position will require you to work Wednesday's 10.00am to 14.30pm and all day Thursday and Friday.
