Who we’re looking for
We are currently offering an exceptional opportunity for two passionate HR enthusiasts to join our expanding People and Wellbeing Team as a HR Support Assistant.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is embarking on a career in HR or an experienced HR professional seeking to diversify their expertise. We looking to hire the right attitude – highly organised detail-oriented and people-focused individuals with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
As a HR Support Assistant, you will work closely with Star schools to support the recruitment and onboarding of staff. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing recruitment advertisements, creating contracts of employment and administering company benefit schemes. As a ‘systems champion’, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data within the trust digital people systems.
You will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals who are committed to your growth. We'll provide hands-on training and mentorship to build a solid foundation for your HR career. You will also have the opportunity to work towards completing a nationally recognised qualification Level 3 CIPD qualification.
You will have:
- 5 GCSEs at Grade 5/C or above, including English and Maths.
- Experience of working in an administration role or similar.
- Experience of working with databases and management information systems.
- The ability to manage, prioritise and respond to high volumes of queries and requests for administration / systems advice and support in a calm and organised manner.
