You will be...
- Pre-screening candidates based on specified criteria
- Ensuring internal applicant management with the department
- Responsible for a professional correspondence with applicants and supporting an excellent candidate experience
- Coordinating job interviews (send out invites, manage calendars, organize replies)
- Managing the data in our HR applicant system

We are looking for...
- A proactive personality with a friendly demeanor
- Previous work experience in HR desirable
- Basic Software skills (MS Office)
- Some second language skills (preferably German) or another European language
- Availability for ca. 10 hours a week on an hourly basis
