Job Summary
As an integral part of the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Specialist will offer a range of support to HR Department. This includes managing employee performance concerns, following the College’s investigatory and disciplinary processes. This position will also offer support towards the College’s recruiting/hiring process, professional development and onboarding.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Five (5) years of combined experience in the areas of Employee Relations and investigations.
  • Demonstrated history of building supportive and collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Highly functional communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Experience working in a Higher Education environment.
  • Experience working with computers and office related software.
  • Human Resources certification(s).

Work Hours
40 hours/week, M-F 8-5pm; Occasional evenings & weekends may be required

Salary
Pay range is $53,685-$83,450/year
