The Opportunity:
This role works closely with the Director of Professional Services and Head of School to deliver an outstanding HR & resourcing service to the Business School. They lead a team of 3 HR Administrators and manage a variety of HR projects across the School.
This role also co-chairs the School’s EDI committee and will be expected to have some understanding and appreciation of the wide variety of equality, diversity & inclusion challenges a large School will encompass.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Proven experience of directly leading and managing teams and working collaboratively with senior colleagues in a complex organisation.
- Proven experience designing and delivering a quality service environment.
- Ability to anticipate, identify and respond to issues and offer clear and practical advice and implementation methods of process and policy.
- The ability to play a part in large change programmes as well as lead ongoing continuous improvement activity.
