Job Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR function for multiple branch locations.- Participate in employee relations activities and the fair and consistent application of all corporate, local, state and federal policies. Maintain the awareness and compliance of all current and emerging labor law activity.
- Assist recruiting and retention strategies to facilitate Crown's continued growth. Will also have responsibility for the overall screening and selection processes at these locations.
- Assist and facilitate a variety of corporate training activities.
- Travel to other Crown locations in support of these responsibilities.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a four (4) year degree, preferably in Human Resources, with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, a valid driver's license and an ability to travel is required.
