Location: Horsham (UK)

Salary: Up to £25,000

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 (37.5 hours)

Metricell’s HR team is very excited to be looking for an in house HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join the already established team. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and has the ability to assist with the forever growing needs of recruitment. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, motivated self-starter and thrives on being part of a close-knit team. They will be primarily wishing to focus on recruitment, but happy to help with HR tasks when required.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Assist with Job Fairs & Recruitment Days
  • Actively source quality, diverse, direct candidates from a range of sources
  • Screen, shortlist and recommend candidates for approved job vacancies
  • Deal directly with external recruiters when required.
  • Assist with HR screenings and in person interviews.
  • Shortlist and recommend candidates for approved job vacancies
  • Coordinate schedules between candidates and line managers, follow up on interview process status and update records accordingly
  • Assist with designing & implementing an excellent recruitment process
  • Write and post engaging job adverts on a variety of platforms
  • Ensure timely, accurate tracking and recording of information in the recruiting systems for positions and candidates
  • Promote best practice in recruitment
  • Be involved with HR tasks when required

We Require you to have:

  • Fluent written & spoken English skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role – or equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Good overall IT skills
  • A driven, confident, flexible, hardworking and team player attitude
  • Desire to learn fast and develop a career in Recruitment
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Applicant should already have legal right to work in UK

Desirable but not essential:

  • Prior experience with online ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is desirable
  • An interest in technology
