Job description
We are seeking an HR and Recruitment Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The HR and Recruitment Assistant will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate follow-up interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule new hire orientation and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and filing.
- Assist with employee relations activities and provide support to managers and employees as needed.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and eligibility verification.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and assist with HR audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and recruitment administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
