Why this job matters:
As an HR Project Manager at BT, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our key priorities: People Transformation, Right Skills, Colleague Experience, and Organisational Effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end design, delivery, and review of projects and initiatives that align with our people priorities.
- Adapting to various projects and work streams, gaining versatile skills and experiences.
- Nurturing a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Taking project briefs and translating them into practical action plans.
- Meeting deadlines and budgets while mitigating risks.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Handling complex situations with confidence and taking ownership.
- Applying strong analytical and commercial skills to evaluate risks and make informed decisions.
- Upholding our values of being Personal, Simple, and Brilliant.
- Providing specialist support and guidance on HR projects and processes.
- Supporting the development of HR strategy and policy through data analysis.
- Analyzing and synthesizing data to drive meaningful insights and change.

Your Experience: What We Value
- Graduate level or equivalent experience, ideally with MCIPD or a relevant business/professional qualification.
- Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering excellent solutions.
- Proven track record in HR Business Partnering, leadership, people transformation, and cultural change.
- A commitment to honest and respectful feedback.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and embrace change.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Strong skills in change management, project management, and cultural change.
- Confidence in presenting to business teams and chairing meetings.
