  • Managing end-to-end design, delivery, and review of projects and initiatives that align with our people priorities.
  • Adapting to various projects and work streams, gaining versatile skills and experiences.

  • Taking project briefs and translating them into practical action plans.
  • Meeting deadlines and budgets while mitigating risks.

Your Experience: What We Value

  • Graduate level or equivalent experience, ideally with MCIPD or a relevant business/professional qualification.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering excellent solutions.
  • Proven track record in HR Business Partnering, leadership, people transformation, and cultural change.
  • A commitment to honest and respectful feedback.
  • Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and embrace change.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong skills in change management, project management, and cultural change.
  • Confidence in presenting to business teams and chairing meetings.
