As an HR Project Manager at BT, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our key priorities: People Transformation, Right Skills, Colleague Experience, and Organisational Effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing end-to-end design, delivery, and review of projects and initiatives that align with our people priorities.
Adapting to various projects and work streams, gaining versatile skills and experiences.
Nurturing a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Taking project briefs and translating them into practical action plans.
Meeting deadlines and budgets while mitigating risks.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Handling complex situations with confidence and taking ownership.
Applying strong analytical and commercial skills to evaluate risks and make informed decisions.
Upholding our values of being Personal, Simple, and Brilliant.
Providing specialist support and guidance on HR projects and processes.
Supporting the development of HR strategy and policy through data analysis.
Analyzing and synthesizing data to drive meaningful insights and change.

Your Experience: What We Value

Graduate level or equivalent experience, ideally with MCIPD or a relevant business/professional qualification.
Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering excellent solutions.
Proven track record in HR Business Partnering, leadership, people transformation, and cultural change.
A commitment to honest and respectful feedback.
Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and embrace change.
Experience in coaching and mentoring.
Strong skills in change management, project management, and cultural change.
Confidence in presenting to business teams and chairing meetings.
