HR Project Manager
London
As a Barclays HR Project Manager, you will be an integral member of the Change Programme team, accountable for creating change across the Bank through leadership development, robust and clear communications, capability build and reinforcement of importance of controls through reward processes, recognition mechanisms and performance management. You will be assisting in the delivery of ‘Being CE’, including Operational Project Management activity in support of learning and development of Barclays colleagues globally.

- Ensuring quality plans are prepared and maintained, providing regular and accurate reports on progress against plan to stakeholders, as appropriate
- Determining, assessing, and managing project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate via the agreed governance framework
- Controlling the scope of work, ensuring that rigorous change control is exercised
- Providing detailed and robust reporting to key stakeholders and Programme Forums and in addition, where required, writing programme updates to be delivered to HR Leadership
- Monitoring actual performance against overall project and take remedial actions
- Chairing and developing Working Groups or Forums (as appropriate)
- Ensuring that all project status reporting is accurate, informative and timely with keen attention to detail
- Experience of working at a senior level in a complex environment, managing a range of stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate and solicit engagement at all levels of the organisation, and experience of working with senior stakeholders
- Evidence of handling highly complex organisational matters and difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
- Demonstrable knowledge of end-to-end HR transformation methodologies and approaches
- Executive level stakeholder management experience
- Experience in designing and implementing HR Service Delivery Strategy
- Demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience across a range of subject areas
- Business process design – planning, documentation, and facilitation of design sessions
