Position: HR Power Bi Analyst
Location: Milton Keynes (MK4) - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday. Day-time hours only
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Transform raw data into meaningful insights using PowerBi and be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Expected to perform a wide range of tasks such as reporting, building dashboards, building data models, analyzing datasets, and administration of Power BI tools.
- Develop operational reports and build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Monitor and report on the quality of large organisational and people data and the performance of People Services Customer Service Delivery in relation to data entry and assist with the introduction of solutions and improvements.
- Monitor and maintain organisational data in HR systems, commissioning the rectification any data issues.
- Manage the delivery of organisational data audit programmes to ensure all standards are covered.
- Work with Business HR and Senior Stakeholders to deliver the organisational data management aspects of organisational change including the build of new organisation structures and the population of people data to ensure accuracy of organisational data, MI and security.

- Advanced knowledge of PowerBi (Creating/Maintaining Dashboards) is essential.
- Highly developed data manipulation skills utilising tools such as MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Expert knowledge of myHR, large data structures and interfaces.
- High quality of work with a focus on attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of organisational data requirements and structures in systems across HR portfolio.
- Prior experience of working in a large multi-cultural working environment.
- Sound knowledge of People Services information and planning report tools and techniques
- Demonstrable experience of working in a project environment to tight deadlines & against project plans
