Fox Morris are working with London Borough of Lambeth Council in relations to finding a HR Partner (TUPE) to start work ASAP!
Responsibilities
- Supporting Leisure Services following the insourcing of the council's Leisure contract.
- Good TUPE knowledge and experience is required for this role, with excellent troubleshooting skills. Supporting, coaching, challenging and empowering Directorate line managers in managing people issues, as well as developing and embedding the new service.
- Experience of dealing with local trade union (TU) representatives in relation to individual cases or local collective issues.
- Finds solutions to problems relating to strategic, policy or legal constraints or requirements.
- Understands local issues in the Directorates and takes action based on the implications from an HR perspective.
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

Salary: £350.00-£437.78 per day

- TUPE/Transfer of undertakings protection of employement: 1 year (required)
