We are looking for an experienced professional who has a breadth of knowledge and experience in coordinating HR operations activities and HR administration. To support the Head of Operations & Talent, HR Ops Manager and Payroll Advisor to deliver a first-class People operational service to Tate Gallery. Develop practical knowledge of data, reporting, HR systems, payroll, recruitment, and onboarding to provide support to colleagues in the People Operations team.

Tate’s People Team delivers a range of HR services, covering the full employee life cycle. As a team, we are committed to providing high quality services to all employees in line with HR best practice, relevant legislation, government guidance and Tate’s values.

Proactive and productive, you will be supremely well organised and able to manage a varied workload and competing deadlines on a daily basis. You will have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about effectively managing relationships internally and externally. You will demonstrate a solution driven approach to problem solving and you will be used to using your own initiative to get things done.
You will have good experience in HR Administration, data and reporting and have a high degree of attention to detail. Experience of using Resourcelink and COGNOS systems, with knowledge of NEST pensions is desirable. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are desired.
You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to adapt your communication style to your audience.
You will be able to work well in a team and be good at supporting and training others.
You should be committed to continuous professional development and be able to demonstrate this.
