
HR & Operations Executive London, England
Job description
This role will be based in our London Office but will have a global focus to ensure the smooth running of all of our offices with overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business. This could involve anything from setting up new starters for success on their first day, managing all aspects of HR administration, supporting the sales team with all operational aspects of their role as well as supporting the leadership team with reporting and administrative tasks which enable the business to operate successfully.
Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding & offboarding employees
- HR administration
- Payroll coordination
- Office management
- Co-ordinating company events
- Building business reports
- Administrative support
- Ad-hoc projects
