HR Operations Director - West London office based Uxbridge, England
Job description
Main Responsibilities:
- undertake the operational lead across the core HR function, actively ensuring the implementation of HR policies, procedures, recruitment and training strategies are in alignment with the overall business strategy.

Principal Accountabilities

- Take overall responsibility and accountability for the management of the day-to-day running of the HR department and provide guidance to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient HR service.
- Review and advise upon amendments to HR related policy and procedure.
- Study and deeply understand the supported business and organization/team health, and evaluate the HR need from the organization and team perspective.
- Devise a recruitment strategy and oversee its implementation;
- senior hires where necessary.
- Facilitate the provision of support, development and training.
- Support the business leaders to improve the people management skills, pay special attention to the introduction and retention of key talents, ensure the smooth communication and feedback between leaders and employees.
- Manage and evaluate the Performance Agreement process.
- Control the HR budget and report on current and future staffing, training, wellbeing, award costs.
- Team management & collaboration]
- Work together closely with HR departments from HQ, to optimize the UK HR management and to implement HQ projects or meet other requirements.
- Lead the local HR team to optimize and implement the HR daily work, including but not limited to payroll, recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, benefit management, Expat and VISA management, team building. To meet the needs of business development.
Qualifications:
- CIPD qualified to Post Graduate Degree level.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of HR Management principles and best practice.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Counselling certificate. (Desirable)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
