About the role
- Arranging any travel requests via our external provider
- Coordinating travel itineraries with employees and arranging airport transfers, additional baggage, parking etc as required
- Weekly collation and input of timesheets from project workers for salaries
- Liaising with Project Managers regarding the completion of timesheets and hours
- Responding to any pay queries
- Management of employee online files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Liaising with project managers to assess upcoming recruitment needs
- Arranging of required documentation in relation to visa’s, seaman’s books and police record checks.
- Producing management reporting weekly
- Arrangement of training courses as requested.
- Processing of employee expenses onto payment portal for job costing
What we’re looking for
- highly methodical with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong excel skills would be advantageous
- Experience in HR, Recruitment or Travel would be an advantage
- Must have the ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and build professional working relationships
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Process driven with the ability to use own initiative to problem solve
- Ability to effectively Communicate with internal departments
- Team player with a can do attitude
