We are looking for an experienced HR& Onboarding coordinator. Youwill join a busy engaged team, supporting the HR Advisors and the wider HR Team in providing advice, guidance, and support to managers across HUC. This role will assist in the ongoing development and provision of an effective and efficient Operational HR service ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided, with the primary focus being to provide a high-quality onboarding service for new recruits.
Some of your principle responsibilities will include:
- To build and maintain good and effective working relationships, confidence and trust with people managers to promote HR best practice.
- To support the HR Advisors and HR Business Partners in managing the whole employee lifecycle process.
- Responsible for the onboarding process of new recruits; assisting with the drafting of contracts, offer letters, conducting of compliance checks and other associated documentation,
- Maintaining regular contact with each candidate throughout the onboarding journey to ensure that progress updates are provided in a timely manner.
- Liaising with the external compliance organisations to ensure the timely completion of all onboarding compliance checks and ensuring that the maintenance of these checks is up to date, referring any expiring checks to the relevant HR Business Partner and Line Manager
